Training refund policy

We understand things come up and you may not be able to attend the training you signed up for. We highly recommend you reach out and request to reschedule before cancelling your course (See our Self-Rescheduling Training Policy below).

Training Classes:

If you need to cancel training the following fees will apply based on when you cancel: 

Cancellation more than 48-hours prior to training: 90% Refund

Cancellation less than 48-hours prior to training: 50% Refund

Shooting Qualifications:

Same day cancellation will incur a $20 fee payable on your next qualification. 

Please remember, we must pay instructors to be at the range or office for you and complete your paperwork ahead of time. 

Again, please try to reschedule before cancelling (it's free to reschedule!).

We will always allow you to roll over your class fees to a new training date once. Additional considerations may be offered on a case-by-case basis. 

Training Classes: 

Any student 15+ minutes late to a training class will be required to reschedule. Your class can be rescheduled (rolled over) to an open training date only once and this will incur a $25 fee. 

Shooting Qualifications: 

Any student 15+ minutes late to a shooting qualification will be charged a $20 late fee and may be required to wait until the next open appointment time. 

Training Classes: 

No refunds will be offered if you miss your scheduled training (Fail to Appear). 

However, we will allow you to roll over your class fee to a different open class one time for a $25 fee. If you miss class, a representative of Tactical-ish will reach out later that day with your class options.  

Shooting Qualifications: 

A "No-Show" fee of $40 will be charged for a missed appointment with no advanced notice.

Please do your best to make your scheduled appointment or notify our staff as soon as possible if you have an issue attending. Of course, emergencies and illness will be considered when deciding to charge a "No-Show" fee; this is on a case-by-case basis. 

A missed qualification can be rescheduled (rolled over) to an open qualification date on a first come, first serve basis. If you miss qualification, a representative of Tactical-ish will reach out later that day with your class options. 

Tactical-ish strives to never cancel or reschedule classes/training; however, we cannot predict the future. Most of our instructors are full-time police officers with families of their own and sometimes life gets in the way. 

If in the unlikely event, training is cancelled, students will have a choice of a full (100%) refund or free rescheduling to an open class.
